Forrest Bathing – choose 5 things
This is a Japanese term for spending time mindfully with nature. To try this – head to a nature reserve or park and wander the trails, engaging your senses as you walk.
An easy way to do this is to simply pick out 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, and 3 things you can feel, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. It’s a way to bring everything back to now!
