3 minute natural DIY deodorant recipe
I have never been a fan of spray deodorants – they make me sneeze and are a pollutant to our beautiful land.
Most store bought deodorants contain aluminum to stop our bodies from sweating, and is harmful for our bodies. Our kidneys need to work overtime to process this and some countries require warnings to be placed on the packaging to notify users due to links to kidney disease. There have also been links to breast cancer due to the proximity of the arm pits to this region.
Added to this, deodorants can produce a harsh spray which is bad for the environment. Protect your body and our lovely planet and follow the recipe below.
Easy deodorant maker
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Corn starch or arrowroot
- 1/2 tbsp bicarbonate soda
- 20-25 Drops Tea tree
- lemon myrtle or lemon
- Mix dry ingredients, then add coconut oil to thick paste. 🥥 🌴
- Add essential oils.
